Motivation & Task Initiation

Some tasks feel sticky. You stare at the page, scroll your phone, find a snack — anything except start. The trick most people miss is simple: motivation usually follows action. You do not feel ready and then begin. You begin, and the readiness shows up about a minute later. This lesson gives you the tools to break the freeze and get moving on hard tasks.
