Coping with Mistakes

Mistakes are normal. Every learner — every adult, every athlete, every scientist — makes them. What matters is not avoiding mistakes, but how you handle them when they happen. A mistake is information, not a verdict on who you are. The way you talk to yourself in the seconds after a mistake decides whether it crushes you or teaches you.
