Terms of service

Clear rules. No surprises.

These Terms explain the rules for using Homeschool Education Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Section 1

Accounts and family use

Parents/guardians manage accounts. Children can use the learning content under supervision.

👤 Account owner

Parent/guardian responsibility

If a child uses the Service, a parent or legal guardian should create and manage the account, supervise use, and keep login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

🔐 Account safety

Keep it secure

Do not share your login publicly. Tell us if you believe your account was accessed without permission. We may suspend access to protect your account and the Service.

Section 2

What HSEA provides

A printable + interactive lesson library for 1st–6th grade (ages 6–12), with optional progress tools for members.

📚 Content

Lessons and activities

The Service includes educational lessons, printable practice, and interactive on-screen reinforcement across grades and subjects.

📈 Progress

Progress tracking

If enabled for your account, we may store completion and progress information so you can continue where you left off.

🖨️ Print/PDF

Printable features

Certain features (such as clean Print view and PDF downloads) require an active membership subscription.

Section 3

Purchases, billing, and refunds

The first lesson of every subject is free — no account needed. A membership subscription unlocks the full curriculum, printing, PDF downloads, interactive activities, and progress tracking.

💳 Subscriptions

What you're buying

We offer recurring membership subscriptions billed annually. The exact price, included features, and total are shown at checkout before you confirm.

🧾 Access

What membership unlocks

An active subscription unlocks clean print layouts, PDF downloads, interactive activities, kid profiles, and progress tracking for your household. Access continues for as long as your subscription remains active.

🚫 Refunds

Non-refundable after activation

Because membership unlocks downloadable PDF features immediately on activation, purchases are non-refundable once access is activated, except where required by law.

If you have a billing issue (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we'll fix it.
