Leadership styles and strengths

Leadership is not one shape. A leader is anyone who helps a group move toward a good goal — and there is more than one way to do that. Some leaders teach. Some lead from the front. Some keep the team organized. Some keep the team kind. Knowing your own leadership style helps you step up at the right moment, in the way that fits your real strengths, instead of copying someone else.
