Collaborative problem solving

Most real problems in school, at home and on a team are not solved by one person alone. They are solved by people working together — sharing what they see, listening to each other, and choosing a path everyone can support. Collaborative problem solving is the habit of fixing things WITH people, not FOR them or AROUND them. It turns a stuck moment into a team move forward.
