Asking for Help Confidently

Many people feel embarrassed or reluctant to ask for help. They worry it makes them look weak, incompetent, or like a burden. But the truth is the opposite: asking for help is a sign of self-awareness, courage, and good judgment. It takes more courage to admit you need support than to silently struggle.
