Creative Solutions to Problems

A creative solution is one that goes beyond the most obvious answer to find an approach that actually works — or works better. Creative problem-solving is a skill anyone can build. It is not about being artistic or gifted. It is about being willing to think flexibly, look at a problem from different angles, and try more than one approach.
