Fraction Pizza Activity

A fraction shows equal parts of a whole. When we cut a pizza into equal slices, each slice is a fraction of the whole pizza. The bottom number (denominator) tells us how many equal parts the whole is divided into. The top number (numerator) tells us how many parts we are talking about.
