These Terms explain the rules for using Homeschool Education Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Parents/guardians manage accounts. Children can use the learning content under supervision.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Do not share your login publicly. Tell us if you believe your account was accessed without permission. We may suspend access to protect your account and the Service.
A printable + interactive lesson library for 1st–6th grade (ages 6–12), with optional progress tools for members.
The Service includes educational lessons, printable practice, and interactive on-screen reinforcement across grades and subjects.
If enabled for your account, we may store completion and progress information so you can continue where you left off.
Certain features (such as clean Print view and PDF downloads) require a paid purchase (Lifetime Access).
Lessons are viewable online before purchase. Lifetime Access unlocks printing, PDF downloads, and progress tracking.
We offer a one-time purchase (“Lifetime Access”). The exact price, included features, taxes (if any), and total are shown at checkout.
Lifetime Access unlocks clean Print layouts, PDF downloads, and progress tracking tools for your account (including multiple kids).
Because Lifetime Access unlocks downloadable PDF features, purchases are non-refundable once access is activated, except where required by law.
If you have a billing issue (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we’ll fix it.
Use the Service for learning. Keep the platform safe and fair for everyone.
We protect lesson content so the platform can keep improving.
The Service, lessons, designs, branding, and platform components are owned by Homeschool Education Academy or licensed to us. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, family learning purposes.
If you unlock Print/PDF, you may print/download for your own household use. You may not redistribute, upload, repackage, sell, or publish the materials.
We improve the platform. Sometimes that means updates and adjustments.
We may add, remove, or update features to improve the Service, security, and learning experience. We’ll try to keep the core structure parent-friendly and stable.
We work to keep the Service reliable, but maintenance, outages, and third-party issues can happen. We are not responsible for delays or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Standard protections for online educational services.
Homeschool Education Academy provides educational content and tools. It is not a substitute for professional educational, medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you use the Service in your home.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We limit liability to keep the Service sustainable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homeschool Education Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
In jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations, liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
We keep the platform safe for families.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request account deletion through support.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, unlawful behavior, or a violation of these Terms, to protect families and the Service.
This section may be updated once company registration is finalized.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. If our operating jurisdiction changes, this section will be updated accordingly.
