Analyze persuasive techniques in media

Every advertisement, political speech, and media campaign uses persuasive techniques to influence how you think, feel, and act. Recognizing these techniques is a critical media literacy skill — once you can name what a persuader is doing, you can decide whether to accept their message or question it. The most powerful persuasion does not feel like persuasion at all: it feels like common sense, popularity, or even fear for your safety.
