SEL final check-in

A final SEL check-in is not a test you pass or fail. It is a mirror you hold up at the end of the year so you can see yourself a little more clearly. Schools, sports coaches and quiet kids in the back of the room all use the same five competencies as the mirror — self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and decision-making. You will rate yourself on each one, find one clear strength and one growth focus, and pick one tiny habit to carry the weakest competency into next year.
