Reflect and reset

Unit 1 covered a lot of ground — strengths and values, mindset, stress and breathing, identity and goals, habits, and self-talk. Each one is useful on its own, but the real power comes from looking back. Reflection is the moment you stop running long enough to ask what is actually working in your week and what is quietly draining you. A reset is the small action you take when you notice you are off track. Together they keep a Grade 6 student moving forward instead of just busy.
