Stress management and breathing

Stress is your body\'s alarm system. A little stress wakes you up before a test or a big game. Too much stress, or stress that lasts too long, makes it hard to think clearly, sleep well, or be kind to the people around you. The good news is your breath is a remote control for your nervous system — you can learn to slow it down on purpose, and your body will follow.
