Grade 5 · Writing · Lesson 34

Create a class magazine (essays, stories, reviews)

A CLASS MAGAZINE is a collection of student writing organized like a real magazine — with a cover, a table of contents, articles in sections, illustrations, and page numbers. Unlike a portfolio (which is one student\'s best work), a magazine is a TEAM project. Everyone writes something, everyone takes a role, and the whole class publishes together. The end product is something you can hold, share with families, and post online for the whole school to read.
