Compile a portfolio of best writing

A WRITING PORTFOLIO is a curated collection of YOUR best work. It is not every piece you wrote this year — it is the pieces you are proudest of, organized so a reader can see what you can do and how far you have grown. A strong portfolio shows RANGE (different genres), GROWTH (early piece next to a later piece), and REFLECTION (what you learned from each piece). Building one is its own writing project: you choose, you organize, you reflect, and you present.
