Relationship Reflection

Strong relationships do not stay strong by accident. They stay strong because the people inside them stop every once in a while and ask honest questions: How are we really doing? What is working? What is hard? What can I do next? That quiet pause is called a relationship reflection — and it is one of the most caring things you can give to a friend, a family member, a teammate, or yourself.
