Compile a year-end reading portfolio

A YEAR-END READING PORTFOLIO is a folder you compile in the last weeks of the school year. It is the proof of your reading life over twelve months — not a single book report, but a curated collection that shows what you read, what you loved, what new words you collected, and how much your reading has changed since September. A good portfolio has SIX sections, fits inside one folder or one bound booklet, and can be read by anyone who wants to know who you are as a READER.
