Mini Lesson

A tech fair is your opportunity to showcase everything you have learned and created this year. You will present your AI project to family, friends, and visitors — explaining the problem your project addresses, the AI technology you used, and what you learned through the process. This is also a moment to reflect on your growth as a digital learner.

Preparing Your Tech Fair Presentation

  1. Know your topic — be able to explain your project clearly without notes.
  2. Practice your opening — start with a strong hook: a question, a surprising fact, or a brief story.
  3. Use visuals — posters, slides, or a live demonstration make your project more engaging.
  4. Anticipate questions — think of questions visitors might ask and prepare your answers.
  5. Speak slowly and clearly — eye contact and confident body language show you believe in your work.

Cumulative Year Review

  • Unit 1 — AI understanding: you explored how AI learns, its uses in healthcare, business, and education, and its impact on jobs and creativity.
  • Unit 2 — Digital productivity: you mastered shared documents, spreadsheets, data charts, and responsible submission of digital work.
  • Unit 3 — Digital citizenship: you practiced fact-checking, understood plagiarism, protected your privacy, and recognized AI bias.
  • Unit 4 — Creative technology: you used ChatGPT for creative tasks, built multimedia presentations, coded with visual blocks, and designed AI-aided prototypes.
  • Unit 5 — Projects and review: you connected all units through a real AI project focused on sustainability and global impact.

Reflection Questions

  • What is the most important thing you learned about AI this year?
  • Which project are you most proud of and why?
  • How has your understanding of responsible AI use changed?
  • What would you like to learn more about in future years?

Tip: the best tech fair presentations connect personal passion to real-world impact. Tell the audience WHY you care about your project, not just WHAT it does.
