Handle Peer Pressure Wisely

Peer pressure happens when friends or classmates influence the way you think, feel, or act. Not all peer influence is bad — friends can encourage you to study, try a new sport, or be kinder. But negative peer pressure pushes you toward choices that are unsafe, dishonest, or unkind. Learning to tell the difference and to respond confidently is an important life skill.
