Recognize Group Dynamics

Group dynamics describe how people interact and behave when they work together. Positive group dynamics make a team stronger — everyone contributes, listens, and respects one another. Negative dynamics — such as one person dominating, excluding others, or ignoring ideas — weaken the team and make work harder.
