Grade 4 · SEL · Lesson 12

Respond Kindly to Criticism

Criticism is feedback about our work or behavior. When criticism is constructive, it is meant to help us improve — it is specific, respectful, and focused on actions rather than the person. Unkind criticism attacks the person rather than the issue and often makes people feel bad about themselves.
