Keep a Personal or Travel Journal

Some of the most famous explorers, scientists, and adventurers in history kept journals. Lewis and Clark wrote about rivers and mountains nobody had mapped. Anne Frank wrote about her thoughts and feelings during one of the most difficult periods in history. A journal is simply a record of your life — and you don't need to be a famous explorer to keep one. Every day gives you something worth writing down.
