Healthy Habit Choices

A habit is something you do regularly — often without thinking. Habits can be healthy (good for your body and mind) or unhealthy (harmful over time). The key insight is this: one choice is small, but repeated choices add up. A child who sleeps well, moves their body, eats varied foods, and manages screen time will feel and perform better than one who does not — not because of one day, but because of many days in a row.
