Cooperating in Projects

Cooperation means working with others willingly and flexibly to reach a shared goal. It is not the same as simply being in a group — cooperation requires each person to actively contribute, adapt, and support the team even when things get difficult. The outcome of a cooperative group is almost always stronger than any individual could achieve alone.
