Class Storybook Project

A class storybook brings all the writers in a class together — each person contributes one page, and together they make a book that everyone can read and keep forever. Your page must be your very best writing. It will be read by classmates, family, and anyone who opens the book!

What this lesson teaches

1Write one polished storybook page with 3–5 sentences using vivid language
2Include at least one piece of dialogue with correctly placed quotation marks
3Pair the written page with a full-color illustration that extends the words
