Writing a Postcard

Imagine you are on a trip to the beach or visiting your grandparents. A postcard is a small card you send through the mail to share your news! It has two sides — each side has a different job.

What this lesson teaches

1Identify the two sides of a postcard: the message side and the address side
2Write a postcard message with a greeting, one or two news sentences, and a sign-off
3Write the recipient's name and address correctly on the address side
