Belongings are the things we use at home and in our lessons. Some things are ours, and some things are shared. Taking care of them shows responsibility and respect.

What does taking care look like?

  • Use items gently instead of throwing or bending them.
  • Put things back where they belong when you finish.
  • Return borrowed things and keep shared materials clean and ready for the next person.

Why does this matter?

  • Belongings last longer when we use them carefully.
  • Your learning space feels calmer when materials are stored in the right place.
  • Taking care of belongings shows respect for the people who use them too.

What does a caring choice sound like?

  • "I will put it back."
  • "I can use it gently."
  • "I borrowed it, so I will return it."
