Innovation sprint: build

The build phase of an innovation sprint is the part where you actually make the thing. You already have a problem, a sketch, and a plan — now your job is to turn that plan into something a real person can try. The trick is that builds always take longer than you expect, so the engineers who finish on time are not the fastest typists; they are the ones who pick the smallest working version, save often, test as they go, and ask for help before they get stuck for an hour.
