Team debrief and reflection

A debrief is the short, honest meeting a team holds AFTER finishing a task. It is not a victory speech and it is not a blame session. It is a calm look back together — what worked, what did not, what surprised us, what we learned, and what we will change next time. Reflection is the personal half of the same habit: a quiet moment where you ask yourself how YOU showed up, what YOU learned, and what you will do differently. Together, debrief and reflection turn a finished job into real growth.
