Reflect on Lessons Learned from Experiences

A reflection is a short piece of writing where you look back at something that happened to you, ask yourself what it meant, and decide what to do with what you learned. Strong reflective writing is not just "here is what happened." It is "here is what happened, here is how it felt, here is what I learned, and here is how I will use that lesson next time." Good reflection is honest, specific, and forward-looking.
