Create a museum exhibit poster

A MUSEUM EXHIBIT POSTER is a one-page display that teaches a stranger about a historical or cultural topic in about 30 seconds of looking. It uses a strong TITLE, one big HEADLINE IMAGE, two or three smaller supporting images, short CAPTIONS that explain each picture, a DATE or ERA strip, and a SOURCES block at the bottom so viewers can check the facts. In this Unit 5 project lesson you will plan and build your own exhibit poster following the five parts and the six-step process curators actually use.
