Conflict resolution & compromise

CONFLICT happens whenever two people want different things at the same time. It is not bad on its own — it is just normal life. What MATTERS is what happens next. RESOLUTION is finding a peaceful answer. COMPROMISE is the most powerful tool: each side gives a little so both can win. Today you will learn the 5-step path that real mediators use, and you will write your own peace plan.
