Mindful Breathing Week

You have already practiced mindful breathing as a calming tool when you are stressed. This lesson goes further: building a daily breathing practice that you return to even when you are not in crisis. Just as daily physical exercise builds the body\u2019s capacity to handle physical challenge, daily breathing practice builds the mind\u2019s capacity to stay calm, focused, and regulated under any conditions.
