Daily Gratitude Reflections

A gratitude reflection is the practice of pausing at the end of the day to deliberately notice what went well, who helped you, what you achieved, and what you want to move toward tomorrow. This brief daily habit has a profound effect over time: it trains the brain to scan for the positive rather than defaulting to worry and self-criticism, and it closes each day with intention rather than just letting it fade away.
