Conflict Resolution Skills

A conflict is a disagreement or argument between two or more people — about what to do, who was right, or whose feelings matter. Conflict is a normal part of life. What matters is not whether conflict happens, but how you handle it. Good conflict resolution leaves both people feeling respected and heard.
