Mini Lesson
You started this course with 40 lessons ahead of you. Now they are behind you — and so is a lot of growth. Before we celebrate, let us look back at the five units you explored and the skills you built.
Unit A — Understanding Myself (Lessons 1–8)
- You learned to recognize emotions, name your triggers, and understand your personal strengths.
- You practiced reflecting on your progress and celebrating small wins.
Unit B — Understanding Others (Lessons 9–16)
- You learned what empathy looks like in action — teamwork, forgiving, appreciating diversity, and respecting personal boundaries.
- You practiced being fair, honest, and kind in your relationships.
Unit C — Making Choices (Lessons 17–24)
- You learned to tell right from wrong, pause before reacting, stay safe online, and build healthy daily habits.
- You practiced reflecting on your decisions — celebrating what went well and planning what to do better.
Unit D — Problem Solving and Resilience (Lessons 25–32)
- You learned how to resolve conflicts, stay calm under pressure, ask for help wisely, and keep trying after mistakes.
- You practiced overcoming fears, encouraging others, building positive thinking, and using relaxation techniques.
Unit E — Growing Together (Lessons 33–40)
- You carried your skills outward — kindness, gratitude, teamwork, community action, mindfulness, goal reflection, and open discussion.
- You learned that SEL is not just about you — it is about the world you help create around you.
